Drunk chicken!
What a fantastic taste! I’ve tried chicken in Marsala wine, but chicken baked in beer is also very delicious. My husband and I are wine drinkers so I really had to set my mind to actually go and buy one can of beer.

Fry the chicken in the butter and olive oil mixture. Season with  salt and pepper on both sides. After the chicken starts to become golden, add some beer. Keep a lid on the frying pan for about 10 minutes. End result: soft and tasty chicken.

Pasta di Semola di Grano Duro. Since 1947. On the fields of gold in Umbria, high quality wheat is harvested to make a fantastic pasta from the brand Filiberto Bianconi. For this dish I’ve used durum wheat pasta in the shape of a flower. The shape is in fact the symbol of Florence: Giglio. It’s a pretty pasta with a full taste because the pieces are short and fat. The combination of eggs, spinach and pasta is my favourite dish of success. It’s colourful, tasty and looks beautiful on  your plate. Besides the look, spinach also  contains high quantities of  antioxidants and is a rich source of iron.

Winter | Italian Stew with Sausages and Vegetables

Italian meets Dutch.
Try this fantastic potato stew full of southern taste! A southern taste of aubergine topped of with some juicy mozzarella cheese and thyme flavoured sausages. This doesn’t look like a regular Italian dish. It’s more of a mix between the Dutch potatoes hodgepodge and popular vegetables and herbs used in the Italian cuisine.

Potato remains were found all the way back to 500 BC. They were worshiped then and worshiped now. A life without potatoes is unthinkable to me.
